Seamless and neutral integration inside any optical store concept is such a strong factor for our Alumina eyewear rods. Get inspired and discover how Optiker Bode together with their architects integrated these rods into a craftsmanship atmosphere to create their own unique appearance.

Craftsmanship meets modern lifestyle

Optiker Bode stands for traditional craftsmanship located in Hamburg. The company, which is run by the third generation of the Bode family, has around 100 branches and is one of the largest opticians in Germany. Tina Jokisch from Schwitzke & Partner developed a shop concept for the new flagship shop on Jungfernstieg that underlines the brand competence and service promise of Optiker Bode.

Modern colours such as the Bode yellow, white, gold, blue and black has been used in this optical shop. A golden sales counter as a place of communication and oak panel parquet create a noble look that underlines the value of the flagship store in the heart of Hamburg. The new corporate identity of Bode in which the letter O appears as an embracing, open symbol, is also reflected in the interior design.

The sunglasses section

Being a partner of Optiker Bode for decades, Top Vision Instore was asked to realise the sunglasses presentation section and translated the eyewear display design into a functional optical presentation.

At the entrance, consumers can directly shop in a selection of over 800 sunglasses in different segments. The collections are locked with remote control for fast access. The white and messing revolving units provide space for over half of the eyewear glasses capacity without a massive impression. This eyewear section contains most of the eyewear fashion brands such as Dior and Prada.

The black eyewear frames on the other side have an industrial street look and provide space for eyewear brands such as Ray Ban and Oakley. The eyewear displays are completed with a selection of sunglasses in a vitrine and on a presentation island in the center of this compact but valuable sunglasses section.
